Living On Campus

As you study in the vibrant, multi-cultural environment of North Cotes College you will have the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the Scriptures and grow in your walk with the Lord. Our courses are designed to equip people who are passionate about God's glory to have an impact for Him in the world. With an average of about fifty students on the campus, you will be part of a close knit community.

Housing

The North Cotes College campus offers accommodation for both single students, married students and families. Single students will be provided with their own room but have shared kitchen & bathroom facilities.

The campus dining room provides meals for single students and visitors. Families are provided with their own kitchen and living area.

Practical Programme

For three afternoons each week, all students join together in a practical programme in which various tasks are given to assist in the practical running of the campus.

This provides useful experience in learning to apply Christian life principles at work and is also a practical opportunity to serve the Lord and each other.

Child Care & Schools

Childcare is provided on campus in the Noah's Ark nursery which operates during morning classes, enabling parents to attend lectures.

A school liaison officer facilitates entry into local schools, providing applications are submitted on time. 

Spiritual Life

The North Cotes College campus is an environment conducive to spiritual growth. Apart from the college courses there are regular chapel sessions where both students and visiting speakers/missionaries have an opportunity to share from the Bible. A programme of regular prayer to support missionaries on the field is run twice a week. Students are also involved in many forms of outreach to both young and old in the surrounding area. 

Local Area

The North Cotes College campus is situated by the coast in rural Lincolnshire, a very peaceful part of England. Those who enjoy walking appreciate the windswept local landscape as well as the beautiful tranquillity of the Wolds, just West of the campus.

Swimming pools, gymnasiums, tennis courts, an ice rink and other sports facilities are all situated not far from the campus. Major supermarkets are about 20 mins. by car. A range of restaurants are available in the area.
 

Sports

The campus offers a variety of sports facilities, including volleyball, table tennis and both indoor and outdoor football. The peaceful surrounding countryside is great for walking, running or cycling. 

Local Churches & Outreach

North Cotes College students and staff attend a variety of local churches and seek to serve them in various ways. There are various forms of outreach to both young and old in the area, ranging from an outreach to children and young people in the locality to ministry to the elderly in local care homes.

Further Afield

North Cotes College is only 20 minutes drive from the holiday resort of Cleethorpes.

It's easy to tour the UK during term breaks as trains and coaches leave Grimsby and Cleethorpes for destinations around the UK.
